"SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN"

A review of The Grove by DAPHNE written on Saturday 14th of March 2015

If i could give this so called care home 0 stars i would.

Residents are left unattended whilst staff sit around in the dining room.

The female staff are uncaring and rude to relatives and snap at the residents.The male staff are the only ones who seem to genuinely care about the residents.

They are run as a charity-well in this case charity does not begin at home.

Even though clothes are labelled they constantly go missing.

The residents look unhappy and uncared for.

Emails are sent on a regular basis asking for top ups for your relatives spending money with no proof of what has been spent.

The decorations are in a dreadful state,new paint is needed in all areas of the home.

Residents are moved into different bedrooms on a regular basis which is extremely upsetting for them and causes more trauma for them.

If you are thinking about placing your relative here please think again..
