Today was my first experience in the solihull branch.

I must say I was very impressed with the store ambience, inviting and therapeutic.

I was approached by zainab, who was extremely helpful with very good knowledge on the products. I was impressed with her passion for the products, her approach and aura was more than sales assistant, she totally fits the role of all the oud products that I totally love! I brought more than I intended too thanks to zainab selling techniques and passion she convinced. me

.I need to go back for my hand mask as it was out of stock.

I will definitely be telling family/friends..
