"No care by staff"

THE staff who used to work there were not caring about the residents some staff did not come in to cover other shifts. I used to work there for about 10 years 1 time did a 24 hours shift WITH OUT A BREAK started @ 8am and finished 8 am the next morning

the manager SUE HAZARIKA kept all my certificates i started working there 1990 finished in the year 2001 worked there for about 10 years or so started when minimum wage came in..
