"Rude owner"

Carly’s is local to me and I have used it often during the 18 years I have lived ion Knowle. However I will not be giving this shop my custom again.

The owner is extremely rude, I have experienced her talking to members of staff and carrying on with her task whilst ignoring the customer at the counter on numerous occasions. Generally acting like a rude schoolgirl who hasn’t yet learnt how to interact.

The only reason I have returned is to support local and because some members of staff are very nice, (Helen and the lady with dark hair in an up do).

However after going to the shop yesterday I again experienced the most rude customer service, the owner singing her own in joke and the server not greeting with a smile or a thank you for your custom.

Shame Kisses and Wishes has gone from Solihull as the owner and staff there always greeted their customers with pleasantries and gratitude..
